All Renava Outdoor Wicker products are handwoven Poly rattan, and are produced to withstand up to 1000 hours of sunlight, we do not recommend placing these products in open, direct sunlight. Pieces should be placed under gazebo’s or pergola’s and/ or should be covered when not in use to prevent UV damage to both wicker and cushions. Warranty for Wicker/Rattan Outdoor Furniture is provided within a 1 year time span and is intended for damages resulting from manufacturer defect. Conditions resulting from abuse, neglect, improper care/usage, accidents, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature from direct sunlight are not covered. Fading, pilling, and soiling of fabrics is not warranted. Furniture is not meant for commercial use there for will not be covered by warranty.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we're involved with several parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual inventory can change at any moment. You may not receive your order after it's been placed.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original package.
